East Newk Holiday Cottage - Prices

• East Newk Cottage is available all year round.
• Maximum 6 persons + an infant under 24 months in a travel cot.
• One well behaved dog welcome.
• 2020 prices from £319 for 3 nights 'Off Peak' to £920 for a week in the main summer season.
• 2021 prices now added and bookings being taken.
• All fuel, bed linen, towels & Wifi included.

• There is no Booking Fee to pay when booking directly with us.
• No Smoking & No Hen/Stag or similar parties.

Booking T&C's

We require a 20% deposit payable within 48 hours of the booking being accepted. Payment is by Credit/Debit Card or Bank Transfer. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date. If there are 6 weeks or fewer from booking to the start of your holiday we require payment in full at the time of booking.
